Kids overseas?
I have fallen in love with a woman that has four children. My job pretty well requires me to live overseas for up to three years at a time. I am willing to take the kids overseas with me but custody has not been decided yet. Will I be able to take them overseas if the mother has full custody? I'm sure the ex huband will object but is there anything he can do about it as long as there were scheduled visits? Thanks.

- He may protest signing their passports, but hopefully not. It will be great for the kids to experience an overseas culture. Ensure you let the dad know that you will agree to send the kids home during summer break or invite him to spend time there with the kids.
- consider this, if she gts custody, will the father have vistation? does the father want to excerise his visitation, and because she moves she will be responsible for the airfare every time he wants to see the kids, can you afford that?
