What would be a good gift to get my 70 year old mother in law for her retirement party?

- you could get her a picture frame and take a great picture of the family together at party and surprise her with the picture the next day etc or you get her something related to a hobby she likes since she will have more time to enjoy that now dont do flowers by themselves

- A picture book of you and her family...you do not need to go to a "book keeping party" just make it with you and her family--very personable...you can cut words, and phrases out of magazines, and buy those little sayings "balloons at Walgreens ans Walmart.....anyway make it personal, she'll treasure it forever!

- hmm gift? i think the best gift u can give her is let her be free from all tensions and u let her 2 lead life in a good way which she likes on the whole always try 2 make her happy let her be free from all responsiblities i feel this is the best gift u can give her on the ocassion of party then give her the thing which she wanted most and she could not have due to circumstances or just for any other reason or else take her 2 along holiday trip to all the places which she likes all d best take care let ur mother in law be happy
