Birthday cake ideas???
I have to make a birthday cake for my aunt who is turning 60. We want it to be funny... any good ideas? I can pretty much do anything because I'm a cake decorater.

- make some 3D boobs but make them saggy (of course this is if she has a sense of humor) I like dashing geeks idea of the replacement hip! you could cut the cake into the shape of it and airbrush it that would be hilarious!

- A bottle of Geritol, an adult diaper like a Depends, an old lady dress (we called them housecoats or dusters), the AARP logo, a wheelchair, a replacement hip...
- hmm, make her a baby cake! i did that a long time ago! there were rubber ducks on it and everything! it'll be pretty cute seeing as though she's an adult, she's 60, yet she's getting a cake that a toddler would love. 8-D i hope this helped.
- Maybe you could try some funny ideas that rhyme with 60, or objects that have the same letter. I can try to come up with only a few; I'm not that great at these. Maybe create like...a sloppy joe looking cake that says, "Sloppy 60?" Ha, I really don't know.
- I would get her picture applied to the cake and write, "Happy Birthday! You are looking good . .We could just eat you up"
- Either like a "over the hill" cake with a brown bottom for dirt and a tombstone; or "old goat" cake with a cute older goat right on the cake with like a bubble that says (being 60 is baaaaaaaaaad) or a poop cake. My lil brother loved this! But little plastic flies and put wax paper for toilet paper. Make the cake a brown, white, or black. Put like (Happy B-day S**t head) or something funny that you know she would love
- I heard of a kitty litter cake. cookie crumbs on top make it look like the real thing. add tootsie rolls on top. buy a new scooper for serving.

- there are a million cool birthday cards out there that are super funny. im sure that if yoiu are a cake decorator then you could look at the store and find one you love and copy it onto the cake. that would be awesome!
- you could make cupcakes and then stack them up in a cone and that way its easy to serve (no cutting needed!) and you can make as many as needed. and then put candles all around it, easy to fit 60! decorate with pieces of long thin ribbon around it and edible beads etc. u can do it with profiteroles, miranges, pretty much anything u can think of that can stack!
- if she is active make a rocking chair with a older lady knitting with a cat in her lap if shes not active have a figure of a older woman in running shorts running across the cake
