retirement oz

If Brett Favre retires, would you be sad?

I know I would. Even though im a pats fan and he beat us in the SB 10+ years ago, I recognize his talent and his leadership and his toughness; 17 season without missing a single game, in this day and age is something to be respected. Brett is one of those legendary QB's that will be mentioned in the same sentence as Marino and Montana, and when he retires its not only a loss for the packers but also for all football fans as well. COME ON BRETT ONE MORE YEAR!!!

  1. Not really.
  2. I'd be able to relax and not have a care about the team he's on for a change!!
  3. No hes really old, he needs to retire. Hes going to get himself killed.
  4. brett favre is my favorite football player of all time. i wish he couldve gone to the superbowl this year and retired. i dont want him to retire but if he does at least he'll do it after a great season.
  5. I would honestly be very surprised if he retired before the age of 70. Yea, I would be sad though.
  6. Yes but its about time
  7. I'm not a Packers fan, but I am a Brett Favre fan. I would be pretty bummed if he retired.
  8. It is time for the INT King to retire. I would not be sad to see him leave.
  9. No he had a great run already he dont need to prove anything anymore
  10. Yeah, he should stay to win the Super Bowl next year
  11. i agree with you, but i think he should retire right now, he had the best season of his career, he got to the nfc championship, i think after a great season you have to retire.
  12. yes . .
  13. HAHAHAHAHAHaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA You have got to be kidding. Please Brett, just hang it up, Kevin Williams and Ray Edwards will own you if you don't next year.
  14. Oh yeah... he's really interesting to watch.
  15. I'm guessing that he will not 'cause ever since 2004 people have been saying he'll retire but he didn't yet and I don't think he will for another two years or so. I kind of hope so since i'm a pats fan and he is a major threat to them.
  16. Yeah
  17. Yes I would. After he's been playing on the Packers for so long, he's kinda like family, and it'd be hard to let him go.
  18. If Brett retires, which I really think he will.. it will be the saddest day in Green Bay (and for all packer fans) of the decade... He's been the staple of the Packers for 17 years and has brought so much to the team and the game of football. He is one of a kind. One of the last there is that is as humble, leads like he does, has the passion for the game he does, and correct me if I'm wrong but WHO ELSE had played for 18 seasons and still looks as good as he does? So yea I will be really sad, but unfortunately that day is very near, if it's not this year it'll sure be within the next two..
