W2 overseas?
I have a friend overseas who was here on a work visa back in 2006. He worked for 4 months and made a substantial amount. He is now interested in filing his income tax in hopes of receiving a return. The problem he is missing his W2 form and is residing outside the country so what could i do to help him.

- By the time he goes through all the work, he will come out about even... tell him to just forget it.... if he is owed money, the IRS could not care less if he files, so they won't come after him.. but if he files Federal he will have to file State and maybe city and county.. FORGET IT... and walk away from it.
