Is Lleyton Hewitt retiring?
He was just on 'This is your life'. Those shows give pity on washed up celebrities or famous people and basically tell them, "no-body loves you anymore so go away". Does this mean he is retiring?

- No, he is not yet retiring and I don't think he wants to retire.
- He,s a has-bean i think he should retire
- The earlier he announces his retirement the better for him coz staying in the circuit would only prolong his agonies...its a matter of accepting that he is past his prime and he should consider doing better things other than losing pathetically on court to more seasoned players....the same should go for Marat Safin....
- dont think he wants to not until he wins aus open
- if he does, then not many of us are gonna lose sleep over it... for hewitt fans, sorry to say this.. but if he retires then its good riddance to bad rubbish... he is a disgrace to tennis... i guess i dont have to elaborate but to sum it all up, he is not a gentleman on the court and he has no respect for his opponent, none whatsoever... and now because of his antics, some new guys on the tour (and some kids in the neighborhood..) think that its okay to swear, shout, be rude, intimidate and totally disrespect your opponent... god forbid if this kind of behavior continues... but then again, im a very objective guy, we have to thank him for elavating the counter-punching style of tennis to new heights... but still... everytime he loses a match (and usually it happens often nowadays...) i always yell in front of the tv... COME OOOOONNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!
- no
- i hope not
- hope so. he's not that good (sorry). But if he's really determined to win then he should continue with his career.... or go find another.
- haven;t heard that, but that bum should really consider quiting and go off into the outback and study kangaroo dung the rest of his life////
- no he has lot of tennis left in him
- no he isn't but he just lost in Vegas the only tournament he had the chance to win because with all due respect to him,if Federer is healthy;Nadal,Djokovic,Roddick now playing well and the rest of the ATP;Hewitt for years now hasn't won and won't win a MS or slam anytime soon.Hell;he hasn't made the semis of a slam for more than 2+ years now and he can't win a slam anymore unless the players all have mono! Hewitt is done as far winning big tournaments!
- No,he is not retiring,he is just taking it easy for a while.
