Including overseas experience for a local Govt.job opportunity?
I am wondering if I should include my overseas experience (teaching) for a local Govt. job opportunity I am applying for. I have always included it and think it is throwing off my chances for an interview. In addition to my overseas experience my work experience is not consistent. So it could be the inconsistency in my work history that is probably causing the snag. This opportunity is in the Bay Area, CA. Some advice with this would be appreciated. Thanks

- Ofcourse you should show overseas work experience! It shows that you can deal with inter-cultural situations.
