How do other Colts fans feel about the possibility of Tony Dungy retiring after this season?

I personally hope he comes back, I can' t imagine it without him here. How silly was Tampa to give him up? Please don't retire yet Tony!

1. I am a former Bucs fan. I was born in Tampa and always loved them when they sucked and played in those bright orange uniforms, and then came Tony. He is the reason why Tampa is not the laughing stock of the league anymore. I miss the logo, I loved the knife in the mouth. But anyways, after what happened to Dungy I resigned my loyalty as a fan. I am a big Dungy fan and glad he has a title, which Tampa can credit their title to him too. If you look at it, Gruden has done absolutely nothing for the franchise and can't wait until he and the ownership is gone. If Dungy retires I don't blame him. He has proven he is a hell of a coach, he has lost a child, and he deserves to do what makes him happy.
2. If Tony retires the entire Colts team will fall apart, he's been the only coach these guys have known. Some of the players, even peyton manning might leave. They need him, especcially for their defencive schemes.
