What gift should I get my teacher who is retiring at the end of the year?

I have an amazing business teacher and it is his last year (38 years spent teaching in high school). What would be a memorable gift to give to a phenomenal teacher? On the last day, he wants to light up a Cuban cigar during class (not permitted in school) since it is his last year!!! As of now, I'm thinking of getting a gift card from a steakhouse since he loves steak, but I was hoping for some more ideas. Thanks!
