- Luckily my son was born in Aug so we always have a backyrd BBQ. We fill up the kiddie pool and tell the parents to bring their kid's swimsuits and a towel and get the pool toys out. My mom, and sisters always bring stuff for the BBQ so my husband and I are not stuck doing everything.
