I receive a monthly pension of $25.00 is there a way I can invest this into a retirement account?

I do not use the money i put it away in my ING but I want to avoid the 1099's by having it go to a retirement account.

2. Check out tiaa-cref.org. Go to the website and see if you can set up an IRA if you have the $25 automatically deposited into one of their accounts every month. I think it is possible.
