Party ideas?
I need some party ideas for a soon to be nine year old girl. We were planning to go out for all of the food breaks of the day and go shopping--i believe. Any ideas possibly, that are age appropriate, to celebrate her birthday??

- Bowling maybe, or a dress up fashion show with some music and dancing.
- my little cousin, 8 years old. She had a party at this business that specialized in little girls bday parties (Little Princess, was the name) Anyways, They all dressed up as little princesses, and the bday girl had a bell, so that she could ring it and the owner would ask her what she wanted "more crackers please, more grapes, juice, etc" everything was recorded all the guests dressed up for a fashion show and walked the red carpet took pictures in a carriage... it was nice they loved it!
- laser tag and then they can all make their own cupcakes decorated how they wish :)
- Times have changed, we have so much to choose from. Lets see: ice skating, pizza party, a beauty party in a salon, the girls can get their hair and nails done. Or, there are many shops where the kids can decorate and paint ceramics. It really depends on her interests. In the old days we used to have school friends over to a party in our backyard or the basement. Oh, one more, they often have parties at the park district, where they can swim, and play basketball etc.
