Does anyone have any great ideas for a fireman cocktail party?

Does anyone know any websites that have inexpensive fireman party favors or just any party ideas?

  1. Well those flaming drinks would be a hit!! I dunno what theyre called cuz I only drink whiskey and/or beer. I dunno any sites. Sorry. Good luck!!! xx
  2. How about Red Phnapps over Ice (Fire & Ice). This is a great drink. I forget the name of it, sorry. I know in a bar it costs $5 per glass. They use about 2 shots over Ice and that's it! Tastes good too. Have fun.
  3. You can get children's fire chief hats at http://www.orientaltrading.com These you could place on your food stations around the room, filled with items for dipping and with a bowl put inside others, used to hold dips. A ' canvas like' fabric could be used as a cover the small tables. Paint these covers with spots to resemble Dalmatian spots. At the Dollar Tree store you get small firetrucks to set on the bar service area. A PVC pole from the top of the bar to the ceiling ( painted gold and wrapped with a small set of Xmas lights wrapped around it ) would draw attention to the bar. Have you seen those lights that spin around, and look like emergency lights? You can get them at Party City. They might be fun.Serve hearty Hors ( please don't make me spell it ) for your party. Firemen are notoriously hearty eaters. On the web, you can find Bloody Merry drinks for a crowd. You could make up a big batch, give it a clever name ( I'm not clever enough to suggest one ) and make it the signature drink of the night. That's the best I can think of. I hope something here is of some help. Remember to have fun yourself!
  4. You could do something simple like make molded chocolates in the shape of firemen hats and boots, etc. That is pretty cheap and would make cute favors. http://www.chocolate-candy-mall.com/chocolate-candy-making-molds.html Or, you may want to get personalized candy bars. They are about 1.50 or so each. You don't have to get them for an individual person if it isn't a birthday party, but customize them the way you like for the occasion. http://www.chocolate-candy-mall.com/custom-chocolate-bars.html Hope that helps.
  5. Flaming Jello Shots! Make some cherry ones (for the red!)! As someone else recommended, Oriental Trading Company has awesome stuff, always.
  6. Bloody Marys. Use small and larger toy firetrucks for a centerpiece. Use lots of red..napkins, tablecloth, etc. Dalmation dogs, too. (toys)
