Any way to save money on Cingular(AT&T) wireless??

I'm currently using the 450 minutes plan, 39.99. but, I have rollover minutes of about 1200 minutes. And I don't think I'm gonna overuse minutes. Is there any way that I could get a benefit from the rollover minutes? It is useless for me. Don't say 'Talk more'. That's what I heard from an AT&T retail store customer service today.

1. Umm.. you can maybe lower your plan from 450 minutes to something lower and cheaper...if not then there is really no other option...

IF YOU LOWER UR PLAN WITH CINGULAR, YOU WILL ALSO LOSE YOU ROLLOVER POINTS UP TO THE AMOUNT OF MINUTES ON THE PLAN,, THEN YOU HAVE TO START OVER ACCUMULATING MINUTES I THINK 450 PLAN IS THE LOWEST YOU CAN GO...ALSO JUST BUY THE PHONE ONLY WITH THE FEATURES YOU NEED., NO EXTRAS.. CHECK PLAN S EVERY FEW MONTHS OR YEARLY. THEY CHANGE REGULARLY..
