Ok, so I printed this question yesterday, and Im going to try to do this for at least a month. I like many people have fallen into a rut of being overwhelmed by mess and clutter, and 50 unwanted pounds. I feel tired and cranky all the time. Yesterday, I uncluttered my house for an hour and cleaned my daughter's room. I drank alot of water. I went for a mile walk and did 14 minutes of a personal training video. Today I will still drink alot of water. I will vaccuum my apartment, and sweep all my floors. I will go for a walk, and try to finish that workout. In my life I have been discouraged by huge goals that I havent been able to accomplish, I think myself and other people need to realize that any accomplishment or mini goal can help us to feel better. So my one month goal for May25,2007 is to have saved enough money to buy a new dress for myself with cash I have saved by not eating fast food and coffees.
