Do you have any good business ideas for a teenager?
I'm seventeen and a junior in high school. I'm looking for a great business idea that could grow into something large, but of course still be something I could start on my own. I already have strong business background from school (DECA/Academy of Finance) and know a lot about how to run a business, I just don't know what type of business would be good. I've already ran an electronics store on eBay, as well as a t-shirt company on CafePress.com. Both had unseen disadvantages. I know all about starting a business, and how to identify interests as motives and so on. I am looking for ideas that I may have not already realized and maybe take an interest in those.

- The nature of a successful small business is that it is driven by the passion of its owner. We could give you a ton of good ideas, but you'd probably fail in your business venture because your lack of passion in the product will cause you to be put off by the natural stress involved in running a business. In short, if you want to start a business, you first need to identify your passions, then produce a product or service that incorporates that idea. Then you'll have the drive to see it through.
