What is a good place to sell video game ideas???

I have a good idea for a video game and i cant make it so i am wondering a site or somewhere where i can sell my idea to someone...

1. Talk to a company..... actually contact them about it. Microsoft blizzard Sony Nintendo there are many choices just go to there website and im sure they have a toll free number and just call and pitch ur idea.
2. sell them on Ebay...
