2. I will say Costa Rica and to be more specific the district of Atenas in Alajuela (province) there you will find the best weather in the world, not too hot not too cold, just right. A few miles away from beaches and the city... but still away from all the city madness. Another reason why Costa Rica will be great is that the cost of living is very low compared with the USA and even if you are not a citizen you can get medical attention for free in case of an emergency, no army and ticos (costarricans) are very peaceful people.
