Where is the outcry for Ted Kennedy to retire?
He has a brain tumor which, everyone knows can affect judgment. McCain is just old and people expect him to fade into the background. Who in their right mind would want a potentially senile senator voting on issues?

- It's absent because it is inappropriate. Kennedy's ill. Many senators have returned to office following similar illnesses including my own state's Sen. Spector, also in his 70s.

- That's not up to you to say. There has been nothing in the news about how his condition has affected his cognitive abilities so you have no reason to say that he is incapable of doing his job.

- Kennedy's judgment has been off for a long time before this. Many people will say I am cruel or heartless for saying it but his hypocrisy is as bad as he accused others of doing. IE not building the wind farm in Cape Wind. or Mrs Kopechne. I hope he recovers but I hope his time in office is at an end. He is not and has not been a good Senator for this country.
