I mean the economy like most thrid world countries isnt the best but for the most part its very much well off. you can relax and its very safe if you're in residential, high class areas. the food is delicious, the music is soothing, the ppl are genuine and the hospitality lasts a life time. the country is very western like america, but the culture is rich and still indigenous. you'll enjoy yourself very much i am POSITIVE and as for central america my guess would be costa rica.
3. Costa Rica (Central America). The amount of USA senior citizens living in Costa Rica is rising every year.
