Do you wrap diapers for a diaper shower? Any unique gift ideas to make my gift stand out? Not diaper cakes.?

- You can I don't see anything wrong with it. But for my cousins baby shower I got a wicker basket and put diapers wipes bibs and some small toys in it and wrapped the basket as a whole so that it was more decorative and my cousin will be able to use the basket for other things.
- It's a pity you don't want to do a diaper cake. I thought it was a silly idea at first when my sister-in-law suggested to make it, but when my daughter was born, I LOVED untying the little ribbons from the diapers as we used them! It felt so fancy and gave a yucky chore a little touch of class.
- I have been putting together baskets as gifts. Most people buy the clothes. Think of things that they will need everyday. Wipes, lotion, baby bath. And things that they will need a couple of months from now. Spoons, small bowls, hair accessories if it is a girl. Put everything into a nice basket and use a blanket to wrap it if you want to. Find out if they plan on using bottles or nurse. If they are using bottles and the ones that use the liners buy liners. Again think of things that they will use everyday.
- I usually buy a diaper bag and fill it with diapers and whatnot. That way they get use out of everything.
- you can wrap diapers theres not anything wrong with it or you could stick it in a nice bag. one thing somebody gave me at my baby shower was diapers and they bunched them up kinda like for a diaper cake but instead of making a cake they made a shoe shape out of it and put pink saran wrap around it and it looked like a baby shoe it was so adorable and i liked it a lot better than the diaper cake i got.
- Get a basket that is lined and take the diapers out of the plastic and put them in the baskets with some other stuff. Tie with a big bow and you have a one of a kind gift. Have fun.
- I have never heard of a diaper shower. Weird. If you want to buy diapers, I would get Seventh Generation brand. They are a little more expensive, but VERY nice. Pampers/Huggies gave my baby a diaper rash.
