Can military retirees lose retirement pay?
I have a friend who's father is retired military and could be facing a felony charge of domestic abuse and looking at 5 years in prison. Could he lose his retirment pay because of this?

- yes he can unless he getes a power of attourny done and also his check is direct deposit it wil be fine
- I believe if convicted and sent to jail they lose there retirement.
- Yes, and if the military wants they could recall him to active duty and give him a bad discharge. Saw this happen only 3 times, but it can be done.
