How can someone save up enough money to get a car if a cab(which costs $10/mile) is their only way of getting?
around? Theres nothing within walking distance, and some people have bad knees. And theres no money to move. Friends can't always help. they already work 3 jobs :-( they do in their area for some reason. it's a rural area. in cities they're much cheaper though no mass transit in the area they aren't handicapped, they just have a bad knee. and I already said theres no mass transit, thats why the cab is the only option.

- no cab in the world costs $10.00 a mile
- how about a bus they cost 1.50 each way ..................if they were handicaped they could get the local hanicap service bus to help them or the council on aging to help them ........but i dont think they are handicap holding 3 jobs ......so iwould stick with maybe the bus route
