Does anyone know a retired navy officer in the Philippines? His name is Benjamin Trinidad Roxas?
He adopted my husband and left his family because he had a huge fight with his wife. We wanted to know where he is now because his wife passed away last year. He needs to know what happened. Is there anyway to locate him? What should we do?

- Contact the Navy. IF he is retired, he is getting a retirement check from the Navy. Of you could pay someone to locate him, such as a Private Investigator. You can do the search yourself on the Internet. But, it wont be for free.
