What is the easiest way to send money overseas?

I want to send a small amount of money ($100-200) overseas to USA as a gift for a friend, what is the easiest and safest way of doing so?

5. SWIFT transfer at the bank - basically allowing you to transfer from 1 account to another. enquire at your bank i think the fee is like $30 plus fx conversaion fee. or bank cheque in foreign currency payable to your friend which you can enclose with your gift card.
