- Either Kitna or Rodgers. They both have great receivers.
- John kitna. Rodgers hasnt done anything to prove he is the best in the NFC North. Damn, the nfc north has the worst quarterbacks.
- Wow! Good question! If I had to chose, I would chose between Jon Kitna or the backup for Minnesota Gus Frerotte. Just because of experience. I think that goes a long way in the NFL. I know Kitna had some good games in Cin and awhile back Gus came in and won a couple of big games for Minnesota. Aaron and Tarvaris both need more experience in reading defenses and Rex has to work on his confidence. But still a very good question!
- Well, I would have to say that the best QB in the NFC north is Jon Kitna. Despite the Lions not being able to get into the playoffs they still have a solid QB in Kitna. Check out his stats and decide for yourself.. For the 2007 season, Jon Kitna started all 16 games, completed 355 passes, attempted 561, threw for 4068 passing yards, completion percentage of 63.3, averaged 7.3 yards per pass, threw 18 TD's and 20 Interceptions, and finished with a above average rating of 80.9 Now when you look at those stats one thing that is apparent is that he can throw for major yards, and he is an above average QB. Rex Grossman didn't start all the games last year, and when he did his rating was below average. The same for Tavaris Jackson, he started 12 games, and finished below average as well. Aaron Rodgers has yet to prove himself because he hasn't started a full season. Kitna has the experience, the endurance and he knows when to make good choices for the most part. The only thing that has kept him from being a top notch QB has been that he has been on mediocre teams. He has a good recieve in Roy Williams, but he needs more presence as far as the OL to keep him from being sacked, but one thing that stood out for me was that he has a great amount of passiing yards, so its easy to say he is the best QB in the NFC north..
- Well you can throw out Rex Grossman and Tavaris Jackson immediately. Aaron Rodgers has been injured in every game he's played in (2005 vs Baltimore, 2006 vs New England, 2007 vs Detroit but wasn't publicized) and has one good game against Dallas. I won't crown him a good quarterback off of one game (Rob Johnson anyone?). So by default it's Jon Kitna, but not very convincing. He was ok in Cincinnati, had one good year in 2003 as Comeback Player of the Year, and has some decent stats while under Mike Martz' system. But aside from that, he's a journeyman of a quarterback at best. This year's quarterback play of the NFC North is going to be unbearable. I hope my NFL Sunday Ticket doesn't go to waste.
- Aaron rodgers or Briam Brohm. Aaron rodgers came in against the Dallas cowboys and made them look like the scout defense. And Brian Brohm because he's the best QB lousville ever had.
- Jon Kitna- This is debatable but Kitna is the Vet of the group, but doesn't really have the supporting cast, lets face it Lions defense blows. Rex- Still young and is still making rookie mistakes, not a good sign, he needs to mature Aaron- This year will really determine wether he is the best of the north but young still, i would pick him just young Travaris- Vikings better start kicking some major a$$ if i'm gunna put him as "good" Peterson lead that team Winner Jon Kitna
- aaron rodgers because all the other QBs in the nfc north are horrible rex grossman used to be 50/50 on whether he play good or not now he's just bad overall tavaris jackson has never been good. yes he didnt and doesnt have any recievers but a good QB makes something out of nothing john kitna gets injured to much and he's to inconsistent. as for aaron rodgers-he's learning from brett farve and he is consistant, he has good accuaracy. and that one game against dallas when he did start he did decent and the main reason green bay lost that game is because of their defense they were missing a bunch of players.
- Well... I would have said Brett Favre but since you said that I couldnt I am going to say Rodgers. I know he hasnt really had a chance to "prove" anything yet but out of all of these guy I am willing to bet that he has a better season than the others. Unless of course Brett comes back as a Packer. Then he will definetly have the better season.... by a mile.... and a half.
