Red velvet cake ideas?

I have my heart set on a red cake with cream icing for my wedding, but everyone I know (except me) hates, hates, HATES red velvet cake. And I am equally as against the use of food coloring. Any other way to make a naturally red cake? But I don't want a red velvet cake. I'm looking for other ideas to naturally color a cake red (without using food coloring). These answers are all for food coloring or red velvet cake.
