  1. You want to look for bargains in the meat dept. Look for sales and always use coupons. You can get alot off the interenet. Buy a big chunk of beef. Take one half and cook it and freeze the other half. There are so many things I can tell you. IF INTERESTED. Email me. I can tell you more.
  2. Start planting your own vegetables, and farm animals.
  3. buy i get one free , buy in bulk , buy own brands , buy green bags that keeps veg longer which lakeland sells that is 4 tips

  5. go to ur local supermarket wen they are reducing items, usually in the evening, u can get some good bargains. this is what i do and put the food straight into the freezer until u want to eat it. i look for special offers on products, ie. 2 for 1 or buy 2 get 3rd free. Or i make say a huge pot of chili, spag bol etc and freeze the majority into little takeaway plastic containers to eat another day... honestly the freezer is ur best friend!! try supermarket own brands... they are just as good as premium brands and i read that often the top manufacturers produce the economy brands anyway hope i have helped... good luck!! x
