How to save money at the age of 16 with a saturday job?

Hi all I am 16, and ive managed to get a saturday job working 8hours in a retail shop, i earn a small amount a month and i want a good way of priotritising now, so i want to save money...which is the best do you think and if so what kind of bank account should i save in. Any other money SAVING TIPS would be great! Thank you xoxo

2. Save 10% or more in a high yield savings account.
3. Go with your mom to your local bank and open up a savings account that includes an ATM/debit card. Since you are under 18 it will be called a custodial savings account. That way when you get your check, you can deposit it in the ATM. With my bank, you can make two cash withdrawls per month. Save half / spend half.
