Now that Bush is retiring from politics, why is he moving to a rich suburb of Dallas instead of to Waco?

10. Bush is actually moving to the center of Dallas, in an area called Preston Hollow. His rear neighbor will be old baseball buddy Tom Hicks, and no doubt Dubya will be allowed to use Mr. Hicks' helicopter pad whenever needed. The Bush ranch is several miles outside of Waco, and if you have ever traveled to Texas, you'd know that Waco isn't exactly the hub of culture and activity compared to Big D. Also, W's Presidential library will be on the campus of SMU, which is not far from his new neighborhood.
