How about we set aside a few billion to pay Pelosi, Reid, and Obama to retire early...and save the economy?
It would be much cheaper than spending 800 billion....and it would save the economy from collapse. also pay Clinton and Kennedy...if they retire....

- How about all the negative detractors give someone a chance. If he fails, then kick him. If he succeeds, then congratulate him.
- I don't see how getting people unable to fix the problem to retire will fix the problem. Even if Pelosi, Reid, and Obama resigned, the economy is still headed for collapse. Do you want us to replace them with a bunch of Republicans? How will re-hiring the people that caused and/or allowed the collapse to happen fix things?
- Sure, since those tax cuts you conservatives have been harping on for three decades have always worked. Oh wait, they never have! The only thing that has ever worked is infrastructure spending. Take an economics class. And enjoy those sour grapes for the next four years.
- Unfortunately there's not enough money to pay off their globalist backers who have sown the seeds of socialism so deep in this country. Besides, they have 90% of the money and by the time Obama, Pelosi, and Reid are finished, they will control every last dollar in the US.
- I think they should be water boarded..that would be more fun
- They may take that deal, its the Chicago way.
- Easy, enact tax cuts for the rich and wait for the trickle down effect to accumulate 800 million. No, wait, Shrub tried that and it resulted in massive deficits, increased national debt and the Bush Depression. Never mind.
- That would be pennies on the dollar thinking. The trouble is they are obviously PRing for some other folks and would be quickly replaced.
- It's started collapsing already... way before the presidential elections.... way before the primaries for that matter... Isn't it amazing how the Republican candidate stated the fundamentals of economy was sound while it was collapsing .... and his running mate declared Iraq "a task that is from god"... a task that has already cost 3 trillion. With Republicans seemingly willing to throw away another 3 Trillion on the task that is from god. But...mention extended unemployment benefits, or mortgage relief, or incentives to small business(Which Hallliburton is not), or fixing bridges and roadways here in U.S. Or making Broadband accessible to rural areas. Or any one of the items in American Recovery and Reinvestment act...H.R.1 which can be viewed in it's entirety at www.rules.house.gov/111/LegText/111_hr1_text.pdf And posters like you insinuate corruption. I'd call you a Republican but I doubt you even bothered to vote.
- BUUURRRNN!!!
- May the Lord bless that idea. That is awesome. R~<>< Call 6, and Impeach him now.
