Using outdoor solar lighting can save your money if you put those in your house at night time? Yes it does! It saved me 30 dollars every months or more! I wonder if you all have ever thought of that? I would like to hear from you. TY! I put those solar light outside until it get dark then I put them in my houe. PattyAnn = That true it is not strong light but I put 5 each in rooms. But it working! Wow, I came back an hour later , all I have is two answered lol.

- Thanks for the tip! No, I honestly never thought of it. $30.00 is $30.00 after all. It makes me want to think of a way to keep the solar panel outside, on the side of the house that gets the most sun all the time, while mounting the lights permanently on the inside.
- Sure we have all thought of it. The solar light in my garden isn't very bright. It costs to get solar lighting in your house. Heck, we use very little in the way of lights anyway. I turn them off if we're not in the room.
- Great question!! Ive been thinking along the same lines with the economic crisis looming its smart to have back up lighting. Solar lights and panels could provide enough energy to pump water and provide some lighting as well as well as power up my laptop etc. You can use your laptop then to watch dvd's. Jehovah Bless! JD
- we had solar lights intel someone stole them. Yes they do save money... but they don't save anything for me because people keep taking them it makes me what to say "@#%*"
- Wow..good for you..never thought of that..personally I would rather sit in the dark or pay the $30.00 to be able to flick the light on, but it is a good idea..I have the solar lights all down my laneway..they are great things.
