Anyone have game ideas for an Agriculture Week?

My club is putting on a week called "Ag. Week" here at school and we are looking for some new games to have. In the past we've done Name-The-Breed of Cow and will probably continue with a big game of Jeopardy. Any ideas on how to incorporate Ag. into a college-level game?

1. You could bring in specimens of locally grown crops and have a crop identification game, or taste test.
2. Break down Agriculture into plant and animal farming components, have identification of plants, animal families, new stuff like hybridization, (what would be a combination of?), final "jeopardy question, identify a significant discovery or person. Have a bingo game of beginners-- cover squares of pictures with corresponding words on tiles (paper).
