Should we deny social security payments to those who do not produce children?

Those people who pay social security taxes today are paying for benefits of those already retired. When it is time for current tax payers to retire, they will have to depend on future generations to pay for their benefits. So, if you do not produce any children, i.e. new taxpayers, why should you be entitled to the same benefits as someone who has?

  1. No, you don't know the reason people don't have kids. Some people actually make responsible decisions and won't bring kids into the world that they cannot take care of.
  2. When immigrants pay taxes, who are they covering?
