Is there a website i can submit my video game ideas and they will actually be looked at by companies?

I have a really good idea for an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game)

1. youtube a lot of people get paid for making videos of good ideas and get discovered
2. Probably not for any major companies, as they already recieve enough e-mails as it is, they probably don't have anough time to log onto a website and look at every idea posted on a website. Also many companies tell you not to e-mail them ideas for games, since those would probably flood them. The only real way for a company to even consider a game is if you try and make a smaller version of it instead, but major companies won't even look at those unless your a popular programmer.
3. Gaming companies receive too many e-mails, so they wouldn't listen to you. I suggest getting a job at a gaming company or become close friends with someone working at a gaming company. That way you can pitch in your ideas and they will listen.
