- Yes, it will. Here's why. T.O. released is permanent. Favre's "retirement" is all speculation. It's an on-going thing. Only time will tell if he wants to, or does, come back or not. Every time even the most minor detail comes in, it'll get its share of attention here on Yahoo! Answers, but the most productive guy on a team who a lot of people feel is the best talent-wise is now gone.

Yes, Brett got a lot selfish at the end, but his career as a whole is HOF worthy and respectable. TO has been a distraction his whole career. Yes, very talented, but at what price. More than Jerry was willing to spend again.
