1. mexico stuff is pretty cheap maby go to both for like a three day vacation and see which one u like better.I would say mexico just because i cant get enough of real mexican food not that taco bell crap....lol

3. i would say for your money philippines would be your best,doller for doller..at last check , it was 49 peso to 1 us doller.and it is cheap ther in philippines to live.and the people in philippines are really nice people.
