would getting a breast implant and tummy tuck at same time save money?

The locations i would easily get it done at is tulsa oklahoma or springfield missouri if this matters.... but i want breast implants for sure and due to my stretch marks from growing fast and weight struggles when youngers i have stretch marks and also belly ring scars i want gone...so i know doing them at same time saves some money but just wondering if you knew about how much? how are you saying it will make me look fatter..when im no longer fat?lol
