How can my husband and I save serious money each month!?!?!?

Okay...times are hard as everyone knows, but its pretty hard for me and my husband. We are both only 22 and have our own apartment. He works full time with beneifts, so we both have insurance. I do not work however, I cannot find a job to save my life. Ive been getting alot of help from my parents..every month she lends us money and then we have to pay it back with his next paycheck and its square one. It is soo hard to pay ALL of our bills with just his paycheck, and so in the meantime until I find work I really need advice on saving money. Right now, we have Comcast Triple Play and I was thinking about just having basic cable and internet (no home phone since we both have cell phones)..I dont think they have a plan for that tho. We eat out alot, so yes, we are going to start making meal plans and cut that back. Its so bad that I didnt even eat today and Im getting dehydrated b/c we have nothing to drink here and I refuse to drink tap water. Tomororw my mom is giving us some money. He only gets paid every 2 weeks so its really hard. Not to mention we have debt collectors calling every day 10 times a day b/c my husband owes 40,000 in school loans we cant afford to pay. We are trying to have a baby this month, so we really want to get our act together and learn ways to save money until I get a job. Thanks guys!!!!

1. Its going to be hard on only one income. You need to find employment as soon as possible.
2. start cuttng coupons. I save like 50 bucks everytime i got to the supermarket....its worht your while Start drinking tap water, bottled water is expensive and can add up Try harder to find a job, no matter how low paying it is, its better than $0 an hour
3. First of all get a reality check. If you cannot afford to live now, it will only be worse with a baby! Wait on the kid. Get a job for 2 or 3 years and save as much as possible. work out a budget... cut out expenses until you spend less than income. Cut unnecessary expenses (cable, internet as library has computers), no eating out, etc. Save an amount first then you might be able to spend on a fun night or two.
4. Lol, yo hubby owes 40k, yo momma lends you money every week you don't have your own home you don't have a job you eat out alot and you want to have a baby this month? POOR BABY, MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON HIS SOUL! BROKE PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK!
