What are some business ideas for a stay at home mom?

I`m very creative and wish to start a business I can carry from my own home. I have a degree in Business Management and recently finished a diploma on Child Development. I speak spanish, love to write, am a photoshop expert...I`ve got some ideas but wish to extend my list to chose from. Any business ideas??? Please no jokes.
