How to save up your money?
So with me i dont really get an allowce its kinda forgotten but the intial allowence price was 20$ a week. but i use way more than that so my parents gimme mney when i ask. very friday i go out for lunch with my friends and every friday i need about 20$ and every other day in the week i need 5$ now i can cut down alittle but i want to save up around 200$ help????????? Deatils: in need about 5$ a day thats with taking home lunch to school, its for water and stuff like that. And what jobs can i do to get money? Im around the age of 16?

- Perhaps you should only try spending money on the essential items, and try cutting down to lunch with friends every 2 weeks? Any time you feel like buying something that you don't really need, put the change in a jar instead and you'll be shocked how it all adds up. Best of luck
- well when your parents give you twenty bucks, save five dollars eveytime. put it away and DON'T spend it. you can still go eat with your friends, just go places that are cheap. or split something with a friend.
- lol stop going out to eat for $20 dollars. idk where the heck you live at but i can pay $4 at mcdonalds dollar menu and have a whole meal and desert and be happy as ever lmao. But what me and my fiance do is whatever cash we get we buy what we NEED. not what we want. We keep a shoe box by the door and we drop all of our change in it and all of our $1 bills. We keep the big bills. But if we aren't spending we keep it on a debit card and let it pile up in the bank. Out of our shoe box alone......when he came from new york.....just change and $1 bills added up to over $600 in 2 months. Granted...ur allowance isn't like what he does to get money but hey.....there ya go.
