Retired from mexico and living here. Will i need to pay tax on that money?

  5. If your income is enough to owe tax on, yes you'll pay it. If it's minimal, you might be below the cutoff to owe anything.
  6. If you are a US resident, you must pay tax on worldwide income. So if it is a pension from when you worked in Mexico, you would owe tax on it. If it was money you had saved in a bank in Mexico, you will not have to pay tax on the money. But you will have to pay tax on any interest you earn on it while you are a US resident.
  7. Yes. All income received by US residents is taxable. You are enjoying the benefits of services paid for by taxes, and can not have a free ride at the expense of others.
