When do you think person working abroad should retire?
People round the corner come in USA and Canada or Gulf Countries and when they become old wish to go back to find their roots and find themselves in dismay when the roots are not favorable to live in. What they should do for making their lives comfortable?

- They should retire when they have made enough money to live on for the rest of their life.
- Find out your purpose in this life and start to pursue fulfilling it. Is life about being comfortable, or is it about being meaningful? Perhaps you need to explore and discover the meaning for your life and your gift to others and you will have your answer.
- Retirement is subjective and comes into force for different reason. A person may retire from his job early if he thinks he has fulfilled his commitment, has nothing to do, or thinks he can not cope up with the situation or changes in the economy or the management. Some times retirement is warranted by force so my friend I think the retirement factor is personal and should be remained individually. However the right or normal age for retirement is 60 while one who works abroad and wishes to go back to his or her roots should see and evaluate his liabilities and commitments in terms of fulfillment and a future saving plus policy and if thinks he has achieved and feels he now can live happily then he should retire immediately.
