Im a pharmacist in the Philippines and plans to work in Hongkong,how do I do this?

And I want to be a Hongkong citizen & plan to retire there.

2. you study a caregiving. then you go their
3. You either can read, write and speak Cantonese or Mandarin to begin with. Your knowledge in pharmacy would be useless if you don't know the above mentioned. Sad to say if you don't have any of those basic components to be able to communicate and understand you might end up being a domestic helper which I believe would be a good step to be able to set your foot in Hong Kong then, you will take it from there once you established connections.
