will it save me money to not involve my realtor?
foreclosed house being sold by a realtor...would it save me money by not involving my own realtor in this? (I know the house by the way so don't need info on the foreclosure stuff itself; just need this question answered) if my realtor would save me money -how so?

- you can save some money, BUT..if you hire your own realtor, he/she will look out for interest, the other Realtor is looking out for her seller. You need someone on your side. So on this account, your own realtor might actually save you money down the road in regards to your investment.
