Where can I find a government study on when to change out or retire law enforcement vehicles? Thanks?
It was based on mileage and engine size. I appreciate your help.

- There is no science - we did ours every two years. Some go by mileage . I would recommend mileage because it becomes more expensive to maintain with age and wear.
