Who do I go about bringing a minor from Mexico to the US?
My 40 year old cousin has a 14 year old son that she is not taking care of in anyway. They live with my aging aunt who is now retired and that living situation is becoming harder and harder for everyone involved. I have been sending this boy money for year and I have also been wanting to bring him to live with me. So like I said, he is 14 almost 15. I have his mothers consent to begin a legal process. How do I go about getting him from Veracruz, Mexico to California.
