Halloween games and party ideas for seniors.?

I am doing my field placement for school at a retirement home. I am in charge of putting together a little party for the residents. I am quickly running out of ideas for games for the residents. They cannot be too complicated, and cannot be physically straining. Also easy cleanup would be recommended. If anyone has any good ideas, or have ideas that worked for them that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

  1. Have a word search and print out lots of copies. Make it up yourself or you can surely find some online. Put one halloween item in a brown paper bag and fold down the top a few times and then staple. Make about ten different bags and number them. The object is to feel the bag and try to determine what item is inside. Hand out paper with lines from one to ten, and have each person write down their guess as to what is inside each bag. Have a small prize for anyone who guesses them all correctly. Some items to put in the bags could be a princess crown, a dry corn cob, small gourd, large plastic spider, etc.
  2. I found this site with a lot of Halloween games and many are the pen and paper variety. http://partygameideas.com/halloween-games/games-list.php what if you laid out a group of little games that were all part of the larger game. Simple bean bag toss or Eyeball Bounce game Maybe some of the Halloween Trivia games or Halloween Bingo Pass the Pumpkin I found those there. Good luck Sarah
