What are the positive sides of Mandatory Retirement?
I have a debate in my English class on Wednesday. I have to defend why there should be a mandatory retirement age. Can anyone give me some hints on why mandatory retirement is a good thing ?? Thanks!

- Because without it people who are no longer able to do the job because they are too old will either have to keep working or be fired without decent pay.
- The only employer I have heard of with Mandatory Retirement is Government. And the only good thing I can think of, does no good. The Politicians have excluded themselves. There are some private companies that have mandatory retirement, but most do not.
