Any ideas for a cake that is fairly easy?

i took the beginer class for cake decorating, so any cake ideas that are fairly easy?

1. Get a bag of white cake mix.. put all the ingredents and mix them.. then after everything is mixed put like a ~tablespoon of vanilla extract. It is REALLY good!!
